Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Scheduled for thyroidectomy under general anesthesia; (2) Aged 18 years or older, sex unlimited; (3) Conscious and able to cooperate with the assessment; (4) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental disorders or substance abuse; 2. Intraoperative use of anti-anxiety/antidepressant medications; 3. Emergency rescue or temporary cancellation of surgery during the operation; 4. Cognitive or language impairments.
