Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Admitted to PICU; 2.Age between 1 month and 18 years old; 3.Met the diagnostic criteria of Phoenix for septic shock in children;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Blood circulation disorder of bilateral upper limbs due to vascular malformation, trauma and other reasons. 2.Body temperature < 35?; 3.Poor ultrasound imaging caused by various reasons.
