Experimental group:The patient underwent DBS surgery under general anesthesia, and the depth of anesthesia was controlled to keep the BIS value within the reference range of 40 to 60.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA classification I- III; 2. The course of PD is >=5 years; 3. The patient agrees to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular diseases; 2. Uncontrolled diabetes, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients refused to participate; 4. Other patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria.
