Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fully understand the nature, significance, and potential benefits of the trial before the study; be able to comprehend the procedures and methods of this research; be willing to strictly adhere to the clinical trial protocol to complete the study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients scheduled to undergo elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy due to gallstones; 3. Age between 18 and 64 years; 4. ASA physical status classification I-II; 5. NYHA heart function classification I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative use of beta-blockers; 2. Organic heart disease; 3. Sick sinus syndrome or sinus node dysfunction; 4. History of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury; 5. Coagulation disorders; 6. Infection at the puncture site; 7. History of neck trauma, neck surgery, or abnormal neck anatomy; 8. Neuromuscular diseases or use of medications affecting neuromuscular transmission; 9. Complicated with common bile duct stones or systemic infection.

Heart rate, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure at the following time points: Intubation (T1) ,Skin incision (T2) ,Completion of pneumoperitoneum (T3) ,Gallbladder traction (T4) ,Gallbladder resection (T5) ,Gallbladder extraction (T6) ;Intraoperative usage of atropine and norepinephrine, and the number of cases where the procedure was suspended;Postoperative hoarseness, PONV (Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting), nerve-related complications, time to first flatus, and time to first defecation.;QoR-15 scores at 1 hour before surgery and 24 hours after surgery, and to determine whether the difference (1 hour before surgery minus 24 hours after surgery) reaches the minimal clinically important difference (MCID) of the QoR-15 score;
