Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Complete clinical information; 2. Cases requiring immunohistochemical analysis due to unclear cytopathological diagnosis, with consensus reached by two senior pathologists.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-malignant pleural or ascitic fluid cases; 2. Cases where malignancy is definitively confirmed by routine HE staining.
