Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the ICU and treated with analgesia. 2. Aged 18 years or older. 3. The BMI range is 18.5 to 30 kg/?.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who died within 24 hours after being admitted to the ICU. 2. Those with a history of mental illness. 3. Alcohol withdrawal symptoms patients. 4. Those with a history of chronic pain. 5. Those who have taken opioid drugs for a long period of time. 6. Those who are allergic to the studied drug. 7. Patients with advanced tumors.
