Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between 18 and 75 years of age undergoing elective surgery for off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Refusal to participate; (2) Emergency surgery; (3) Preoperative renal dysfunction; (4) Preoperative treatment with diuretics; (5) Use of intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) or extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support; (6) Severe hypertension or pituitary disorders; (7) Poor perioperative prognosis, including perioperative infection, perioperative stroke, or perioperative death.
