Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing revision knee surgery with metaphyseal metal cuffing; 2.Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent; 3.Age > 18 years old; 4.Patients were followed up for more than 12 months and were continuously followed up; 5.Complete clinical and imaging data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary TKA patients; 2.Periprosthetic fracture caused by trauma after knee arthroplasty; 3.Patients with active tuberculosis infection or hemorrhagic diseases; 4.Paralysis and weakness of muscles around the knee joint caused by various reasons; 5.Patients who cannot tolerate anesthesia and surgery; 6.Patients who refused to participate or receive follow-up.
