Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for thoracoscopic lung lesion resection surgery. 2. Age between 18 and 75 years. 3. Patients classified as ASA physical status I to III scheduled for elective VATS (Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery). 4. No significant impairment of cardiopulmonary function (e.g., COPD, asthma, or severe hypertension). 5. No history of long-term analgesic use or chronic pain. 6. Literate and able to complete the survey questionnaires.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with comorbid psychiatric disorders or other conditions leading to impaired communication or inability to cooperate. 2. Patients experiencing pain due to other acute or chronic diseases. 3. Patients on long-term analgesic therapy before surgery. 4. Patients with comorbid thrombotic disorders, infectious diseases, or autoimmune diseases. 5. Concurrent participation in another interventional trial. 6. Patients with incomplete medical records or missing key variable data.
