Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with knee osteoarthritis; 2. Patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of Propionibacterium infection; 2. Immunodeficiency diseases; 3. Use of antibiotics within the past 2 weeks; 4. Allergy to cephalosporins; 5. Revision surgery; 6. Allergy to hydrogen peroxide.
