Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with intracerebral hemorrhage from whom cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and plasma samples were collected and preserved at 7 days post-onset; 2.Patients exhibited a minimum Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score ranging from 3 to 12 on the day of onset. 3.Intracerebral hemorrhage complicated by intraventricular hemorrhage; 4.Age range: 18 to 65 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Mortality during hospitalization or follow-up; 2.Do not consent to participate in this study; 3.Concomitant obstructive hydrocephalus; 4.Acute hydrocephalus following brain injury; 5.Intraventricular cast formation; 6.Cerebral hemorrhage resulting from aneurysmal rupture or Moyamoya disease; 7.Concomitant uncontrolled intracranial infection; 8.Accompanied by status epilepticus; 9.Concomitant renal insufficiency; 10.History of prior neuropsychiatric disorders; 11.Patients identified during follow-up who developed hydrocephalus and declined ventriculoperitoneal shunting or lumbar cistern drainage;
