Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 1, 2023 to May 30, 2025, all patients who underwent CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) in the Intensive Care Unit of Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University with citrate sodium anticoagulation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.CRRT with anticoagulation mode changed during treatment. 2.CRRT discontinued within 72 hours as planned due to filter clotting not occurring. 3.CRRT discontinued unplanned during treatment due to equipment failure, air ingress, or dialysis catheter dysfunction.
