Control group:Patients received interventional treatment with externally applied 2% ketoconazole lotion (Triatop brand).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Those who meet the criteria of diagnosis and syndrome type of androgen alopecia in Chinese and Western medicine; 2.Gender is not required, age 18-65 years, including 18 and 65 years; 3.Had not received hair loss treatment or used hair growth cosmetics within 3 months prior to study participation; 4.Had not received hair loss treatment or used hair growth cosmetics in the 3 months prior to study participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Hair loss due to physical human factors, drug factors, endocrine disorders and other diseases, chemotherapy or postpartum and other factors; 2.congenital alopecia areata, total alopecia; 3.Combined with scalp injury or bacterial or fungal infection; 4.Liver and renal insufficiency; 5.Allergic to the drug and its ingredients; 6.Persons with mental illness or cognitive impairment; 7.Pregnant or lactating women; 8.Revious history of hair transplant surgery.
