Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years and older but less than or equal to 70 years; 2. Patients with grade II or higher fecal dermatitis due to ileostomy; Fecal dermatitis grading: The severity of skin damage is assessed according to international wound evaluation standards: 0 degree is no change; I degree is mild erythema; II degree is significant erythema with patchy wet dermatitis; III degree is confluent dermatitis; IV degree is ulceration or bleeding. 3. Wound area > 2 cm × 2 cm; 4. Normal mental status and memory; 5. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from serious chronic diseases, such as liver failure or severe kidney disease; 2. Suffering from severe physical activity disorders and being unable to care for oneself; 3. Interventional treatment lasting less than 3 days, lost to follow-up or unable to receive treatment as scheduled; 4. Accompanied by mental illness; 5. Communication barriers.
