Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for cluster randomized trial Phase 1: (1) Individuals aged 18–59 with one or more chronic conditions, or adults aged 60–70; (2) Not yet vaccinated against influenza during the current flu season and without contraindications to influenza vaccination; (3) Possession of a QR code-scanning device and literacy skills sufficient to participate in relevant activities; (4) Obtained informed consent and willingness to participate in the study. Inclusion criteria for cluster randomized trial Phase II: Chronic disease patients and elderly individuals in the intervention groups of the randomized trial Phase I who are not vaccinated against influenza four weeks after the first nudging messages.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had received or scheduled a flu vaccine prior to the intervention; 2. Did not meet the eligibility criteria for flu vaccination.
