Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patients were 30-45 years old, female. (2) All patients had anteroposterior and lateral radiographs of the whole spine, and CT and MRI were taken if necessary. (3) Flat back syndrome confirmed by imaging (standing X-ray film), lumbar lordosis Angle less than 30° of Cobb Angle. The Cobb Angle was measured as the extension line along the upper boundary of L1 and the extension line along the lower boundary of L5, and the perpendicular line of the two lines was made respectively. The Angle between the two perpendicular lines was the lumbar lordosis Angle. (4) Pain score 12 weeks and no response to conventional rehabilitation therapy. (6) had not received surgical treatment before 6 months of this study. (7) The patients signed the informed consent and actively cooperated with the treatment. (8) no treatment was given for 4 weeks before the initiation of treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) severe osteoporosis or other bone diseases. (2) spinal fracture or dislocation. (3) severe scoliosis. (4) nervous system diseases. (5) pregnancy or lactation. (6) receiving other therapeutic interventions. (7) poor compliance and inability to cooperate with the treatment regimen. (8) patients with hematological or hemorrhagic diseases. (9) patients with various acute or chronic infectious diseases. (10) those with infectious diseases and communication disorders. (11) Severe cardiovascular disease.
