Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Collect patients who underwent improved arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery and total suture bridge repair for rotator cuff tears at Xuzhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital from April 2025 to March 2026, regardless of gender, who voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent form; 2. Use MRI to examine the shoulder joint, clearly identifying patients with full-thickness tears that meet surgical indications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. RCTs apply to patients with partial thickness tears and small-sized tears (less than 1 cm); 2. Patients who are prone to loss to follow-up, have communication barriers, and have more severe conditions such as irreparable RCTs, severe fat infiltration, significant shoulder joint stiffness, calcific tendinopathy, and osteoarthritis of the shoulder joint. 3. Patients with serious organ diseases and other severe underlying conditions, including: (1) severe osteoporosis and joint degeneration; (2) organ dysfunction or failure in the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, leading to difficulties in completing follow-up; (3) connective tissue diseases: lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, polymyositis, nodular polyarteritis, Wegener's granulomatosis, giant cell arteritis, and Sjögren's syndrome; (4) neuropsychiatric disorders: cerebrovascular diseases (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage), migraines, inflammatory brain diseases (encephalitis, meningitis), myelitis, epilepsy, dementia, peripheral neuropathy, and myasthenia gravis, as well as organic mental disorders (including Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, mental disorders due to traumatic brain injury, mental disorders due to intracranial infections, mental disorders due to lung tumors, mental disorders due to syphilis, epileptic mental disorders, and mental disorders due to HIV/AIDS), and mental disorders caused by physical illnesses (including mental disorders caused by physical infections, mental disorders due to visceral organ diseases, mental disorders due to endocrine diseases and metabolic diseases, etc.).
