Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Mandibular molars that cannot be preserved; 2.Severe alveolar bone resorption but at least two bone walls with a remaining height of >= 3 mm; 3.At least one adjacent tooth exists; 4.According to the 2018 periodontitis classification system, oral periodontal disease is diagnosed as grade III or IV; 5.The subjects signed a complete informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Smoking > 10 cigarettes/day; 2.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3.History of head and neck radiation therapy; 4.Long-term use of drugs that affect bone metabolism or bone healing; 5.Presence of systemic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes; 6.Patients with severe neurological or respiratory diseases who are assessed by the study physician as unsuitable for hyperbaric oxygen therapy; 7.Significantly crowded or twisted teeth; 8.The tooth has an acute infection (abscess or pus discharge).
