18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of HOCM in the Department of Critical Care Medicine from January 2019 to August 2025; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. First time receiving PIMSRA treatment; 4. Complete blood pressure monitoring records before surgery and during ICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other serious heart malformations or valvular diseases; 2. Lack of clinical data > 20%.
