Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Coach inclusion criteria: 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. Associate senior or above professional title; 3. Nurse head and above positions; 4. Working in the field of breast cancer for more than 5 years; 5. Having over 3 years of experience in breast reconstruction nursing; 6. Passionate about public welfare science popularization work and willing to participate in this project. Trainer inclusion criteria: 1. Supervisor nurse or above; 2. Working in the field of breast cancer for more than 5 years; 3. Having over 3 years of nursing experience in breast reconstruction surgery; 4. Passionate about public welfare science popularization work and willing to participate in this project. Inclusion criteria of Lover: 1. patients with breast cancer and breast reconstruction; 2. Passionate about public welfare undertakings; 3. Having good moral qualities and a spirit of dedication, with a willingness to serve medical public welfare activities: 4. Convenient to participate in volunteer services in public places, with certain language expression abilities.
