Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Cesarean section mothers under intraspinal anesthesia; 2. Morphine should be administered intraspinal. 3.ASA classification grades I - III; 4. Natural conception, single pregnancy; 5. Gestational age: 37 to 42 weeks; 6. Be between 25 and 40 years old; 7. Informed consent from the patient himself/herself or his/her legal representative; 8. Permanent residence in Anhui.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia 2. Presence of contraindications to epidural use of morphine 3. Combined with diabetes mellitus (non-gestational diabetes), immune diseases, infectious diseases or digestive system diseases 4. Use of antibiotics or microbiotics (such as probiotics, prebiotics and synbiotics) within 3 months before birth 5. History of anxiety or depressive disorders 6. Refusal to Participate
