Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Precise Translation: Subjects meeting all the following criteria are eligible for this trial: 1..Postoperative pathological confirmation of hepatocellular carcinoma; 2. Pathologically confirmed negative resection margins; 3. Absence of lymph node metastasis or extrahepatic metastasis; 4. No severe failure of major organs (e.g., heart, lung, kidneys); 5. Written informed consent obtained from the patient or their legal representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded: 1.Postoperative diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma or other non-HCC malignancies; 2.Prior liver surgery or pre-operative radiotherapy/chemotherapy; 3.Metastases to extrahepatic organs (e.g., lung, brain); 4.Incomplete clinical/Follow-up records; 5.Perioperative death (<=30 days post-surgery); 6.History of concurrent malignancies.
