18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18 to 80 years old; BMI: 18-25kg/m^2; ASA classification II or III; Planned to perform LC under general anesthesia;Voluntarily sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe preoperative cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal insufficiency; Patients with severe neurological disorders, psychiatric diseases, or a history of drug dependence; Patients with a known allergy or hypersensitivity to the drugs used in this study; Patients with coagulation abnormalities or disorders; Patients with skin infection at the potential needle insertion site.
