Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Qualitative Research: 1. Age 18 to 65 years; 2. Scheduled for >=2 planned surgical procedures; 3. Fully conscious (GCS=15) with intact communication capacity; 4. Voluntarily provided written informed consent; Quantitative Research: 1. Age 18 to 65 years; 2. Planning to undergo wound repair surgery; 3. Fully conscious (GCS=15) with intact communication capacity; 4. Voluntarily provided written informed consent for the first time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe cognitive or language impairments; 2. Terminal condition or an expected survival period of less than one month; 3. Participation in other interventional studies within the past month.
