Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-80 years old; There is no restriction on gender, and there is no restriction on eyes; (2) Retinal vein occlusion (CRVO/BRVO) complicated by macular edema was confirmed by fundus imaging examination (FFA/ultra-wide-angle FFA); (3) For binocular RVO, one eye with more severe disease was selected for enrollment; (4) Fundus fluorescein angiography showed no perfusion area and macular foveal thickness greater than 250 µm; (5) Good blood pressure control, <= 130/90 mmHg; (6) Agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients suffering from diabetes and autoimmune diseases; (2) Patients with severe primary diseases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems; (3) Those suffering from infectious diseases and severe organic diseases; (4) Patients with liver and kidney insufficiency; (5) Pregnancy and lactation; (6) Those with a history of eye trauma or other eye diseases; (7) Those who have received fundus laser therapy; (8) Those who are allergic to sodium fluorescein and cannot complete FFA.
