control group:Maintain a normal lifestyle and physical activity, and do not engage in additional physical activity
Regular training group:Regular vigorous physical activity each week
Weekend Warrior group:Focus on high-intensity physical activity every week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI reaches 24kg/? and is less than 28kg/?; 2. Students aged 18-30; 3. Within 3 months before the experiment, no regular physical exercise except for physical education and no sports training background.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have chronic diseases and are taking medication; 2. Those with serious organic lesions such as heart, brain, lung, kidney and locomotor system; 3. Those who suffer from mental illness or have a history of medical illness; 4. Those who cannot complete follow-up or have poor compliance.
