Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients met the diagnostic and treatment criteria for UPJO; 2. Indications for pyeloplasty were present; 3.Concomitant lower calyceal stones were present.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Congenital renal malformations; 2.Severe coagulopathy; 3. Urinary tract stones located outside the lower calyx or other serious systemic malformations; 4. Severe pulmonary infection or sepsis; 5.Prior related treatment before admission.
