Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis (2021 Edition) " [81] of the Orthopedic Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; 2. Patients aged >= 18 years old who underwent total knee arthroplasty for the first time; 3. Clear consciousness, good understanding and communication skills, and able to cooperate with functional training; 4. After discharge, they can cooperate with follow-up arrangements such as phone calls and WeChat; 5. All are informed and volunteer participants. Caregivers: 1. 18 years old, the main caregiver of the patient (spouse, children and other immediate family members), and the care time is 12 weeks; 2. Good communication and care skills, able to understand and implement training instructions; 3. Proficient in using WeChat and other software, and able to cooperate with follow-up arrangements after discharge; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients: 1. those who underwent knee arthroplasty surgery or intraoperative joint instability; 2. those who experienced serious postoperative complications (such as infection, vascular and nerve injury, deep vein thrombosis, etc.); 3. those with specific diseases (severe osteoporosis, severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, malignant hypertension, malignant tumors, etc.); 4. those who experienced limited mobility due to disease. Caregivers: 1. Those who are seriously ill; 2. Those who cannot invest enough time due to work, study, etc.
