Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute ischemic stroke who are clinically treated with edaravone racemic (edaravone right-camphor) sublingual tablets, as referenced in the drug's prescribing information; 2.Age >= 18 years, regardless of gender; 3.Informed consent form obtained and signed by the patient or their legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with any contraindications or other conditions listed in the approved prescribing information for edaravone racemic (edaravone right-camphor) sublingual tablets that prohibit its use; 2. Patients with poor compliance who are unable to complete or refuse to complete follow-up visits; 3. Patients with psychiatric disorders or other factors that may impair compliance; 4. Patients with a known allergy to any component of this drug; 5. Patients whom the investigator deems unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
