Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children clinically diagnosed with Kawasaki disease according to the 2017 American Heart Association (AHA) scientific statement "Diagnosis, Treatment, and Long-Term Management of Kawasaki Disease," including both complete and incomplete forms; 2. Within 10 days of disease onset (calculated from the onset of fever), without prior treatment for Kawasaki disease; 3.Aged between 1 month and 12 years; 4. Body weight <=30 kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-treatment coronary artery Z-score >=10 in any segment; 2. Use of corticosteroids or other immunosuppressants within 1 month prior to disease onset; 3. Cases of recurrent Kawasaki disease; 4. Absence of fever at the time of enrollment; 5. Confirmed infections (including sepsis, bacterial meningitis, acute peritonitis, bacterial pneumonia, varicella, and influenza); 6. Severe immunological disorders (e.g., immunodeficiency or chromosomal abnormalities); 7. Unwillingness to provide signed informed consent; 8. Inability to comply with regular follow-up for over 3 months.
