Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for severe pneumonia stipulated in the 2016 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Community-acquired Pneumonia in Adults; 3. Meet the conditions for lung ultrasound examination and agree to undergo lung ultrasound examination, with chest X-ray imaging results within 24 hours interval.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age< 18 years old; 2. Those who are combined with lung diseases such as pneumothorax, cardiogenic pulmonary edema, and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis; 3. Those who have undergone lung or mediastinal surgery, thoracic deformity, or chest dressing occlusion and other lung ultrasound examinations; 4. Poor imaging image quality or incomplete case data.
