40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.First onset of stroke, or a history of previous cerebral infarction with a modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score of 0 before the current onset; 2.Aged 40 to 85 years; 3.Diagnosed with ischemic stroke in a stable condition, and a Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score of 15; 4.Disease course within 7 days after stroke onset; 5.Presence of upper limb dysfunction, with upper limb muscle strength graded 1-4; 6.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score of 2-20, and no prior formal rehabilitation treatment received; 7.Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score >= 23; 8.Strong demand for rehabilitation and good family support; 9.Patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with large-area cerebral infarction, hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, or unstable vital signs; 2.Patients with severe primary diseases of the heart, brain, lungs, liver, kidneys, etc., or malignant tumors; 3.Patients with mental or cognitive dysfunction who are unable to cooperate with examinations and rehabilitation treatment; 4.Patients with alcoholism or drug addiction; 5.Pregnant women.
