Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who received kidney transplantation from either living-related or deceased donors at our center's 2.Renal Transplantation Department between June 2019 and February 2025, and who were aged 18 years or older.Availability of complete clinical data and relevant laboratory test results. 3.A postoperative follow-up period of more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe dysfunction of other vital organs (such as heart, liver, lungs, etc.); 2. Patients with a history of previous kidney transplantation or multiple organ transplants; 3. Patients with active infections, malignant tumors, or immune system diseases; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with incomplete clinical data or follow-up duration of less than 3 months; 6. Donor kidneys from special types of donations other than donation after cardiac death (DCD) (e.g., cross-transplantation, ABO-incompatible transplantation, etc.); 7. Patients who experienced severe technique-related complications (such as vascular thrombosis, urinary leakage, etc.) during or after surgery that affected renal function assessment.
