Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ages 18–24; healthy males; experience with regular squat training (>= 3 months, >= 2 times per week), capable of safely performing 60% 1RM squat training; no history of lower limb or lumbar musculoskeletal injuries in the past 3 months; no neuromuscular disorders or cardiovascular contraindications; no allergies or adverse reactions to magnetic stimulation devices.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of acute or chronic injuries to the lower limb joints (particularly the knee and ankle joints) or the lumbar region (e.g., anterior cruciate ligament injury, meniscus injury, tendon rupture, lumbar disc herniation, etc.); Currently have any skeletal muscle system disorders that impair motor function or the safe performance of squat training; Have a history of or currently have neurological disorders, heart disease, epilepsy, or conditions contraindicated for magnetic stimulation (e.g., pacemaker use); Have skin allergies, skin conditions, or allergic reactions to electromagnetic devices; Have recently taken medications that affect muscle function or nerve conduction.
