Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients aged 18-75years, male or female; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes, neuromyography confirms the presence of neuropathy, which is manifested as decreased sensation, numbness or tingling, burning sensation and/or pain sensation at the affected site; 3. Blood glucose should be 7.8-10mmol/L, HBA1c less than 8%, blood pressure <140/85mmHg, low-density lipoprotein < 2.6mmol/L, triglyceride < 2.5mmol/L, and blood uric acid < 420umol/L; 4. Volunteer to be tested and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic hyperosmolar syndrome; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, lung failure and immune system diseases; 3. Patients with precursors of acute infectious diseases; 4. People who are allergic to multiple drugs; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Participants who participated in the clinical trial within 3 months before the trial; 7. Those who need to take drugs that affect platelet and clotting function for a long time or in the near future and do not stop taking drugs within 1 week; 8. Lactating and pregnant women; 9. Poor compliance or refusal to sign informed consent; 10. Patients with neuropathy caused by other reasons; 11. Blood sugar, blood pressure, blood lipids, glycated hemoglobin and uric acid were not controlled within the inclusion criteria.
