Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient understands the implant restoration procedure, has signed the preoperative informed consent form, and is able to attend follow-up visits as required; 2. Aged between 18 and 75 years, with no gender restriction; 3. Maxillary molars require extraction due to reasons such as residual crown, occult fracture, vertical root fracture, root perforation, or internal/external root resorption; 4. No obvious inflammation, cysts, or septa within the maxillary sinus; 5. The palatal root is thick, and its extraction socket is sufficient to accommodate the implant; 6. No significant inflammation or lesions in the oral mucosa and soft tissue at the implant site, and adjacent teeth are free from periodontal or periapical inflammation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with systemic diseases that may affect postoperative healing and/or osseointegration, such as uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension; 2. Individuals with systemic or localized bone diseases, such as osteo-tuberculosis, osteitis, or bone tumors; 3. Long-term use of medications known to interfere with postoperative healing or osseointegration; 4. Individuals with contraindications to oral surgical procedures; 5. Individuals who have undergone radiotherapy or chemotherapy within the past three years; 6. Uncontrolled periodontitis; 7. Individuals with alcohol dependence, drug abuse, tobacco addiction, or other substance addictions; 8. Any other condition deemed unsuitable for the study by the investigators.
