Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)patients aged 3 years or younger diagnosed with congenital heart disease; (2)patients who did not undergo early extubation after corrective surgery for intracardiac malformations under cardiopulmonary bypass (mechanical ventilation >= 12 hours); (3)patients whose families signed an informed consent form after approval by the ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)patients with hemodynamic instability; (2)patients with airway lesions; (3)patients with severe pneumothorax or pleural effusion
