18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75, with no gender preference 2. Histologically or cytologically confirmed stage II-IIIA NSCLC (AJCC 8th edition) 3. Plan to receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy and intend to undergo surgical resection 4. Sufficient tumor tissue can be obtained for organoid culture through percutaneous lung biopsy or bronchoscopy biopsy 5. ECOG performance status score of 0-1 6. Expected survival duration >= 6 months 7. Sign the informed consent form before the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously received systemic anti-tumor treatment (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy, etc.) 2. Accompanied by other malignant tumors or a history of malignant tumors 3. The presence of severe cardiovascular, hepatic, renal dysfunction, or immune system diseases 4. Presence of co-infection, active autoimmune disease, or immunosuppression 5. Pregnant or lactating women 6. Follow-up may not be possible during the research process.
