Interventions

Sham taVNS Group:The subjects will first undergo a cold stimulation test. During this period, the SPV (Slow phase Angle velocity) of nystagmus, the start time of nystagmus, the duration of nystagmus,
25 Hz Group:The subjects will undergo two cold stimulation tests and the results will be recorded. After the first cold stimulation test, vagus nerve stimulation will be performed at a frequency of 25
50 Hz Group:The subjects will undergo two cold stimulation tests and the results will be recorded. After the first cold stimulation test, vagus nerve stimulation will be performed at a frequency of 50

18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 85 years with symptoms of dizziness and requiring vestibular function tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of stroke, epilepsy or neurological disorders; 2. Had any medication been used within one week prior to the study; 3. Install pacemakers and metal implants; 4. Earwax blockage.
