Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: School Standards: 1. The principal of the school shall agree and cooperate with the project team to implement the intervention plan; 2. The school itself has health-related human resources, such as school doctors, health teachers, physical education teachers, etc. 3. The total number of children and adolescents in each grade should be more than 50. Student Standards: Grade 1, 2-5, aged 6-14 years; 2. Complete physical examination data during school; 3. No transfer plan within one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: School Standards: 1. Exclusion of talented or minority children and adolescents from boarding schools and special schools; 2. Schools with clear plans to relocate or cancel within the next year were also excluded. Student Standards: 1. History of heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, tuberculosis, asthma, hepatitis, nephritis; 2. Obesity due to disease or side effects of drugs; 3. Abnormal physical development, such as dwarfism and gigantism; 4. Physical deformities, such as severe scoliosis, pectus carinatum, lameness, obvious O-leg or X-leg; 5. Weight loss due to vomiting or medication within the past three months; 6. Ophthalmic diseases, such as keratitis, corneal ulcer, etc. 7. History of ophthalmic surgery, such as laser surgery; 8, weak color, color blindness and other visual problems.
