Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants must be at least 8 years old at the time of informed consent, with no gender restrictions. 2. Clearly diagnosed as a patient with true microphthalmia; 3. The patient voluntarily joins this study, signs the informed consent form, and is able to comply with the visit and related procedures stipulated in the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals declining to sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients with acute infectious ocular inflammation or endophthalmitis; 3. Those unable to complete a minimum of 6 months of regular clinical follow-up post-enrollment; 4. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the researcher.
