Observational group:No intervention, only observation of patients with diabetic nephropathy or those meeting the indications for partial or radical nephrectomy.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy or those who meet the indications for partial or total nephrectomy; 2. Patients able to orally consume food and fluids without assistance; 3. Age >= 18 years; 4. Patients and their family members who provide voluntary informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with delayed gastric emptying (DGE); 2. Patients with gastrointestinal motility disorders; 3. Patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD); 4. Pregnant women, or patients with hepatic, renal, or cardiac dysfunction; 5. Patients with autoimmune diseases.
