Sex/Gender
Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Meeting the diagnostic criteria for anejaculation; 2: Adult with at least 6 months of stable sexual activity and a sexual partner; 3: The condition has occurred in every sexual intercourse since the first sexual encounter; 4: Absence of erectile dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of epileptic seizures or substance abuse; 2. Patients with any history of major medical, psychiatric, or neurological disorders; 3. Patients with a documented history of medication use or known diseases that can cause sexual dysfunction; 4. Left-handed patients.
