Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Clearly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. 2.Aged >= 18 years, <= 75 years old. 3.Currently receiving treatment as an inpatient in the endocrinology ward or having regular follow-up visits in the outpatient department. 4.Conscious, with basic communication and comprehension abilities, and able to sign the informed consent form. 5.Willing and able to cooperate in completing questionnaires or interviews.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, or other specific types of diabetes. 2.Patients with severe cognitive impairment (such as dementia, severe mental illness), hearing or language impairment, who are unable to communicate effectively. 3.Patients with severe end-stage diseases (such as end-stage renal disease, advanced cancer, etc.), with an expected lifespan of < 6 months, or whose condition is so severe that they cannot participate in the study. 4.Patients who have experienced major stressful events (such as myocardial infarction, stroke, major surgery, etc.) recently (within 3 months), whose blood glucose fluctuations may be mainly caused by acute events. 5.Among inpatients, those admitted due to acute illness, with extremely unstable blood glucose under close medical monitoring, and whose blood glucose monitoring is completely responsible by medical staff.
