Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 10 and 18 years, diagnosed with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS) by X-ray imaging; (2) Cobb angle between 10° and 40°; (3) No history of spinal surgery and no recent history of systematic rehabilitation treatment; (4) Able to cooperate with exercise training, with normal cognitive function and the ability to understand task instructions; (5) Participation is voluntary, and informed consent has been signed by the legal guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary scoliosis (e.g., neuromuscular or congenital scoliosis); (2) Presence of severe cardiopulmonary diseases, neurological disorders, or contraindications to exercise; (3) History of spinal surgery or requiring urgent surgical intervention; (4) Recent use of medications affecting motor function or experiencing severe pain that interferes with training; (5) Inability to comply with regular follow-up or poor adherence to the intervention protocol.
