Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective surgery for gastrointestinal tumors (esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer), 2. Age >= 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe visual or hearing impairment; 2.Inability to communicate properly; 3.Patients who are unable to sign informed consent.
