Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years old; 2. Patients who still have upper gastrointestinal bleeding through active treatment and intervention; 3. Patients who entered the ICU for the first time >=24h; 4. Patients with portal hypertension bleeding after secondary bleeding.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Transferred patients; 2. Patients who died during their initial admission to the ICU of bleeding center; 3. Patients who gave up treatment and were discharged automatically during their initial admission to the bleeding center ICU; 4. Patients with incomplete data.
