18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for panic disorder according to the DSM-5; 3. No psychological treatment in the past year; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study; 5. Own a smartphone; 6. Able to comply with the use of the digital program and complete follow-up questionnaires;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with current or past psychiatric disorders; 2. Individuals with severe physical illnesses who are unable to tolerate the treatment; 3. Individuals with organic brain disorders, neurological diseases, or a history of head trauma; 4. Individuals with visual or hearing impairments;
