Group1:Upper-arm blood flow restriction (BFR) training at 100mmHg pressure combined with low-intensity resistance exercise (30% 1RM)..Twice per week for six weeks
Group2:Moderate-pressure BFR training (140mmHg) with 30% 1RM resistance loading.Twice per week for six weeks
Group3:High-pressure BFR intervention (180mmHg) paired with low-load resistance exercise (30% 1RM)..Twice per week for six weeks
Group4:Conventional resistance training at 70% 1RM intensity.Twice per week for six weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All participants had no history of major injuries or neuromuscular disorders within the three months prior to the experiment, with specific emphasis on the absence of upper limb sports-related impairments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Low adherence 2.Lost to follow-up due to injury 3.Failure to cooperate
