Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who require percutaneous nephrolithotomy for stone removal; 2. Serious damage to major organs such as heart and lungs, and able to cooperate with various operations; 3. ASA grades I-III; 4. Patients aged between 20 and 70 years old; 5. Patient informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusing to sign the informed consent form; 2. Severe allergy to anesthetic drugs; 3. Severe hypertension, diabetes and cardiovascular disease; 4. Patients with severe inflammation of other organs; 5. Individuals with severe drug or alcohol dependence, and a history of opioid abuse.
